(7) Recipients of personal data may be authorities, institutions and entities authorized by law, as well as entities providing services to the Data Controller (e.g. legal, IT, marketing, accounting services and other entities participating in the implementation of the requested service.

(9) The data processed by the Administrator shall be accessible to the Service user who submitted them. The user also has the right to modify this data, to request its deletion, and to limit or stop the processing of his/her personal data at any time. The right to transfer data does not apply, as there is no established standard for the exchange of such data between hotel facilities.
