General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for the organization and use of services provided by Beernarium Piwne Spa located at Zamoyskiego 8, 34-500 Zakopane.
The following definitions are used in these Terms and Conditions:
– Spa – Beernarium Piwne Spa in Zakopane;
– Staff – persons employed at Beernarium Piwne Spa;
– Guest – a natural person using the services of the Spa;
– Treatment – a bath, massage, peeling and other services offered by the Spa.
The Spa is open from Sunday to Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., and on Fridays and Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The Spa reserves the right to change the opening hours and to close the facility on selected days.
Making a reservation or using the Spa services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and is a declaration by the Guest that there are no health contraindications to using the services.
Children and adolescents up to 16 years of age may use the services only with the consent and in the presence of a parent or legal guardian.
Reservations and payments
Treatments at the Spa can be booked:
– via the website www.piwnespa.com,
– by phone at +48 514 313 308,
– by e-mail at zakopane@piwnespa.com,
– in person at the Spa reception.
Confirmation of the reservation requires payment of 100% of the value of the ordered services. After the payment is made, the Guest receives an e-mail confirming the date, time and place of service.
If a reservation is made for a location other than Beernarium Piwne Spa Zakopane, the Spa shall not be liable for the incorrectly selected location. In such a case, the treatment may not be carried out and the payment is non-refundable.
The treatment date may be changed free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit. The new date cannot be cancelled again. A change of date less than 24 hours before the visit is not possible.
Cancellation of a reservation entitles the Guest to:
– a 100% refund of the service value if the cancellation is made up to 7 days before the treatment date,
– a 30% refund of the service value if the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the treatment date,
– no refund if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the visit.
The refund will be made within 14 days from the date of cancellation.
The Guest is obliged to provide the final number of participants no later than 5 days before the visit. If there are fewer Guests on the day of the treatment, the fee is still charged according to the originally declared number of participants, and the duration of the treatment remains unchanged.
Gift vouchers can be purchased via the website or at the Spa reception. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless the offer states otherwise. Purchase of a voucher constitutes acceptance of the voucher terms and conditions available on the Spa’s website.
The Spa issues invoices for services rendered – for this purpose, please contact the reception.
If no prior reservation has been made, the Guest may use the services only if there are available slots.
Rules for using Spa services
Guests are required to arrive on time for the booked treatment – it is recommended to arrive 10–15 minutes earlier. In case of lateness, the Spa reserves the right to shorten the treatment time without reducing the price.
On the Spa premises, Guests are required to change footwear to disposable slippers and to change into the provided accessories.
Recording image and sound is allowed only with the consent of the Staff.
Guests are advised not to bring jewellery or valuables to the Spa. The Spa is not responsible for their loss.
Persons who are under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants, have open wounds, inflammatory skin conditions or pose a threat to other Guests or Staff will not be admitted to the Spa.
The Spa is a quiet and relaxation zone. Guests are required to maintain calm and refrain from loud conversations. The Staff has the right to ask people disturbing the order to leave, without a refund.
Consumption of beverages is allowed only in designated areas. It is forbidden to take drinks outside these zones.
Before starting a treatment, Guests are required to complete a health questionnaire.
Safety and contraindications
The following are prohibited on the Spa premises:
– smoking,
– bringing in and consuming one’s own food and drinks,
– using drugs and other intoxicants,
– bringing in animals.
Contraindications to using Spa services include, among others: epilepsy, cancer, viral infections with fever, having a pacemaker, open wounds or injuries.
The Guest bears financial responsibility for any damage or destruction caused by them or by persons for whom they are responsible.
If the rooms are left in a condition requiring above-standard cleaning, the Spa has the right to charge an additional fee of PLN 200 per staff member.
A maximum of two people may use a bath tub at the same time. Jumping into the tubs is forbidden. An additional tub may be made available upon prior request and for an additional fee.
Liability and complaints
The Beer Spa is not responsible for items left outside locked lockers, nor for interruptions in the provision of services resulting from causes beyond its control, such as breakdowns or force majeure.
Complaints regarding services should be submitted in person at the Spa reception or by e-mail to zakopane@piwnespa.com within 7 days from the date of service. Complaints are processed within 14 business days from the date of submission.
Guests’ personal data are processed solely for the purpose of providing services in accordance with GDPR regulations.
Final provisions
Beernarium Piwne Spa reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
The current version of the Terms and Conditions is available at the Spa reception and on the website www.piwnespa.com.
Voucher Terms and Conditions
GENERAL PROVISIONS
A gift voucher for a treatment at the Beer Spa can be purchased both via the website and directly on-site at the spa.
Each voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, which is clearly indicated on the voucher.
The validity period of the voucher cannot be extended. After this period, an unused voucher expires and no claims may be made in this respect.
A refund for an unused voucher is possible only within 14 days from the date of purchase and only by the person who made the purchase. A voucher that has been redeemed (in whole or in part) is non-refundable.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or any other financial equivalent. Failure to use the voucher does not result in a refund.
Each voucher is packed in a decorative envelope.
In case of loss or damage to the voucher that makes it impossible to read its number, the voucher cannot be redeemed.
Purchase and redemption of a voucher constitute acceptance of the full terms and conditions for the provision of services at the Beer Spa, which are available both at the spa and on the website. The client undertakes to comply with these terms and conditions.
The Beer Spa reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without stating a reason.
By purchasing a voucher, the client confirms that they have provided correct data necessary to process the order and book the treatment date and that they are responsible for their accuracy.
Clients’ personal data are processed in accordance with the applicable privacy policy, which is available on the Beer Spa website.
RULES FOR BOOKING A VOUCHER
Cancelling a reservation via the booking system less than 24 hours before the visit results in the loss of the right to redeem the voucher.
Voucher redemption is only possible after prior contact with the Spa and confirmation of the treatment date reservation.
A reservation can be made by phone or e-mail, providing the voucher number, which is mandatory.
Voucher redemption is possible from Sunday to Friday between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., where 8:00 p.m. is the last possible time to book a treatment, and on Saturdays between 11:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., where 9:00 p.m. is the last possible time to book a treatment.
The reservation of the date should be made no later than 7 days before the voucher expiry date. The Beer Spa is not responsible for lack of available dates. If it is not possible to book a visit before the end of the validity period, the voucher expires.
During the visit to the Spa, the client is required to present the voucher for verification purposes. Failure to present the voucher may result in refusal to provide the service.
Changing the date of voucher redemption is not possible less than 24 hours before the planned visit.
If the client does not show up at the agreed time, the voucher becomes invalid and cannot be redeemed again.
